Fruit and Vegetable Portions


Assalamualaikum kengkawan...
 
Tengah syok2 buat case report Pharmaceutical Care, tetiba terjumpa info ni kat dalam SIGN Guidelines. Selama ni dok counsel patients pasal healthy lifestyles modification especially bab dietary.

Salah satu nasihat yang paling kerap diberi dan mudah dihafal ialah pengambilan buah-buahan & sayur-sayuran sebanyak 5 portions per day. Macam mana nk kira satu portion? Kita lihat di bawah ni ye.. =)


Fruits (either one)
1 medium sized apple, pear or banana
2 kiwis
7 strawberries
1 slice of melon (tembikai pon boleyyy)

Cooked vegetables (either one)
2 broccoli spears
8 cauliflower florets
3 heaped tablespoons of brussels sprouts or carrots

Salad vegetables (either one)
1 medium tomato
7 cherry tomatoes

Beans
3 heaped tablespoons of kidney beans or chickpeas





Selain dietary advice, pengamalan sedentary lifestyle juga penting seperti exercise 30 min 3 hari seminggu, stop smoking, reduce alcohol and also salt intake. Tapi alcohol haram ye bagi umat Islam.. Jangan menggatal nak cuba2..


Ok la, ini je info yang nk dishare hari ni.. Mudah-mudahan dapat diamalkan bersama..

dah lama tak komen.. hehhehe.. padanlah u dah makin slim, rupanye dah tukar lifestyle kepada lebih aktif.. cewah~~ ^^

eh, i x amalkan la.. jarang mkn buah.. sayur pn kadang2.. hahaha..
